Design
We believe quality begins with mould design capability and consider it to be the key to successful mould making. At Elux Mold we have invested in both people and technology to ensure that our designs meet your highest expectations.
Elux Mould and Plastic has extensive CAD/CAM platforms and an Engineering database transfer process to provide excellent flexibility to our clients.

MoldFlow Mold Advisor (Plastic flow/deform simulation)
AutoCAD (2D Modeling)
Unigraphics (3D Modeling)
Pro/ENGINEER (3D Modeling)
SolidWorks (3D Modeling)

Project Management
To efficiently manage projects and achieve the required lead time, Microsoft Project is used to monitor the progress of manufacture. We are currently installing a bar-code system that will enhance our tracking procedures. Progress charts are issued every week via email including digital photographs of the work in progress, creating a real-time tooling progress assessment.
